Godavari Biorefineries Limited has appointed Dr. Valmik Dhakane as Research and Business Development Head.

Dr. Dhakane has obtained his Ph.D (Organic Chemistry) from Solapur University, M.M.S (Material Management) from Pune University and M.SC (Organic Chemistry) from University of Pune.

Dr. Dhakane has a wealth of experience in Contract Research and Development, Contract manufacturing, New Product Development in the specialty, Perfumery, Crop Protection, Healthcare and Performance chemical industries. He also brings vast expertise in Analytical chemistry, process technology, and Pilot plant with process safety.

He has one patent and has published 13 research papers in high impact international generals.
