Kuldeep Jain has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Hikal Limited with effect from 5th November, 2020.

Kuldeep Jain is a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He has more than 30 years of experience in accounts, taxation, commercial, finance etc.

He has been with Hikal for more than 23 years and presently he is financial controller heading the Departments of Accounts & Taxation.

Sham Wahalekar has ceased to be the CFO of the company after an illustrious career spanning a period of more than twelve years (of the overall association of more than 3 decades with Hikal).

The management appreciates and puts on record the invaluable contribution made by Sham Wahalekar during his tenure as CFO, stated the companys in its exchange filing.
