Indo Rama Synthetics said in the regulatory filing that it has re-appointed Om Prakash Lohia, after his attaining the age of 70 years, as Chairman and Managing Director of the company, for a further period of 3 years, with effect from December 26, 2020, to December 25, 2023.

“We wish to inform that the Members of the Company at their 35th Annual General Meeting held on August 24, 2021, through VC/OAVM, approved the re-appointment of Om Prakash Lohia (DIN 00206807), after his attaining the age of 70 (Seventy) years, as Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, for a further period of 3 (three) years, with effect from December 26, 2020 to December 25, 2023,” the company said.

The Board also approved the appointment of Hemant Balkrishna Bal as Whole-time Director of the company, for a period of 3 years commencing from October 30, 2020 to October 29, 2023.
