Singapore-headquartered B2B Indian e-commerce company Moglix has appointed Sanjeev Arora as Chief Financial Officer. Arora will lead financial strategy, capital planning, and preparations for a potential IPO in the next 12–24 months.

Arora brings over two decades of experience across global organizations, including ASK Automotive, The Mosaic Company, Goodyear India, Nokia, and Apollo International. At ASK Automotive, he most recently served as CFO – Automobiles and earlier as Senior Vice President, where he played a key role in financial strategy and led the company’s successful IPO journey.

Prior to this, Arora held the role of Director Finance/CFO at The Mosaic Company, where he oversaw business intelligence, governance, and compliance functions. His career also includes nearly nine years at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. He also held senior finance roles at Nokia and contributed to strategic and manufacturing finance operations.
