The Board of Directors of Shalimar Paints Limited at its meeting held on June 26, 2021 has appointed Mohit Donter, as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from June 26, 2021.

Mohit Donter is a Chartered Accountant and has more than 17 years of experience in steering finance operations across various industries which includes IFRS Reporting, Internal Financial Controls, Budgeting, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Controllership, and Process Re- Engineering for listed entities.

He has worked with reputed companies like LG, Reliance Industries Limited, Akzo Nobel Limited in the past. He has been instrumental in driving the consistent evaluation of both short and long term strategic financial objectives of the organizations he has been involved with. He has rich experience of spearheading the transaction processing systems and implementing operational best practices across the finance department and the wider business.

Mohit core experience lies in Strategic Planning, Financial Controllership/Due Diligence, Consolidation of Books as per IGaaP, IFRS & IND AS, Treasury & Fund Management, Internal Controls & Audits, Commercial Management & Pricing Support, MIS Reporting & Analysis, Variance & Profitability Analysis, Working Capital and CAPEX Management etc.
