Mudit Jain, Managing Director, DCW Ltd has resigned from the Board of DCW Limited due to personal reasons and to pursue other interests. The Board has accordingly considered and accepted the same in its meeting held on October 8, 2021.

Jain will be relieved from the services of the company with effect from the close of business hours of October 8, 2021.

He is a former President of Alkali Manufacturers Association of India. He is also a Wharton School graduate.
