NGL Fine-Chem reappoints Rahul Nachane as MD
The Board of Directors of NGL Fine-Chem Limited has approved the re-appointment of Rahul Nachane, as Managing Director of the company for further 5 years from 1st June, 2020 to 31st May, 2025 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors of NGL Fine-Chem Limited has approved the re-appointment of Rahul Nachane, as Managing Director of the company for further 5 years from 1st June, 2020 to 31st May, 2025 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The board also approved the re-appointment of Jayaram Sitaram, as Independent Director of the company for a period of 5 consecutive years from 05th August, 2020 to 04th August, 2025 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
