The board of directors of Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited (MRPL) has appointed Sanjay Varma as Director (Refinery) with immediate effect. 

 

Sanjay Varma has a diversified experience of 30 years in petroleum, refining, petrochemicals and fertiliser sectors. He has more than 25 years of service at MRPL, Mangalore with cross functional work exposure in Project, Operation, Utilities and HSE. He has led as Group General Manager (I/C Refinery) for the last two years. He is on the board of Mangalore STP Limited (MSTPL) as MRPL Nominee Director. He has served in Indo Gulf Fertiliser, Jagdishpur, Uttar Pradesh and Reliance Industries Limited (Petrochemical Division), Hazira, Gujarat before joining MRPL.
