Thyrocare Technologies Limited Chief Executive Officer Aridnam Haldar has resigned from his post due to personal reasons.

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Thyrocare Technologies Limited discussed this matter in their meeting on April 5, 2021 and decided that his resignation may be accepted. Arindam Haldar joined Thyrocare Technologies Limited as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in September 2020
