The Board of Directors of Galaxy Surfactants Limited has appointed Vaijanath Kulkarni as a Whole-time Director with effect from October 16, 2021 for 3 years subject to the approval of shareholders in the forthcoming 35th Annual General Meeting. 

Vaijanath Kulkarni is associated with the company over 25 years and presently acting as Non- Executive Director of the company. 

He is currently Managing Director of Galaxy Chemicals (Egypt) SAE, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Kulkarni is B.E. (Chemicals) and Certified in Global Advance Management from Indian School of Business, India and Kellogg’s School of Management, USA and also done Advance Management Programme from Harvard Business School.
