International Company Oil & Gas Services & General Trading (ICOGT) is stepping up its international expansion, targeting high-growth markets across Latin America, North and West Africa as it reshapes the Group around energy, chemicals and strategic infrastructure.
The company said the next phase of its growth strategy is being led by Chief Executive Officer Igor V. Soglayev, alongside the Board of Directors and senior leadership team.
Brazil is emerging as a key market in the strategy, with ICOGT focusing on opportunities tied to the country’s infrastructure and industrial expansion. The Group is also pursuing growth across North and West Africa.
ICOGT’s international platform will be built around four core business areas:
Energy & Fuels: International trading and supply of crude oil, LNG, diesel, biodiesel, gasoline and fuel oil, alongside marine bunkering and storage terminals.
Fertilizers & Petrochemicals: Trading, supply-chain development, storage and selected value-added operations.
Specialty & Industrial Chemicals: Development of coatings, construction chemicals and industrial manufacturing, with an emphasis on Brazil’s infrastructure and industrial growth.
Strategic Infrastructure & Natural Gas Downstream Assets: Investment and development opportunities spanning natural gas distribution and logistics, LNG trading and infrastructure, pipelines and other strategic energy and industrial assets.
ICOGT said the strategy is designed to create an integrated international platform combining global trade, industrial development, strategic infrastructure and long-term investment.
The expansion marks a significant shift toward building a broader international footprint in some of the world’s fastest-growing energy and industrial markets, with Brazil and Africa positioned as key pillars of the Group’s next stage of development.
