Azelis, a leading innovation service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, is pleased to announce a new distribution agreement with SI Group, a leading global developer and manufacturer of performance additives, process solutions, pharmaceuticals, and chemical intermediates.

Effective immediately, with the addition of France and the Benelux, the agreement now extends its distribution area to all of Europe and most countries of the Middle East and Africa.

Through this mandate, Azelis can offer its customers a wide range of chemical products, including more sustainable antioxidants approved by the NSF (National Sanitation Foundation). With an extensive portfolio in its Lubricants & Metal Working Fluids market segment, Azelis uses its lateral value chain to provide new formulations by combining some products from SI Group with others from blue-chip principals, creating a unique, innovative, and sustainable offering.

In line with Azelis’ sustainability strategy, cleaner formulations also open the way for diverse solutions that may involve secondary food contact applications, in the form of greases and lubricants permitted by food industry standards.

SI Group’s Vice President for Industrial Solutions comments: “We are thrilled to expand our partnership with Azelis, leveraging their extensive distribution network in France and Benelux. Their technical expertise enables us to bring our innovative performance additives and sustainable solutions to new and existing customers. SI Group is committed to providing antioxidants that meet the current safety needs of consumers globally, and partnering with Azelis ensures that we deliver on our commitment.”

Azelis’ Market Segment Director for Lubricants & Metal Working Fluids, EMEA, adds: “Seeing our hard work and the positive results that has delivered is truly rewarding, and we’re excited to continue this journey with SI Group, now in France and the Benelux countries. This agreement complements our geographical coverage, allowing us to better serve our customers. Our talented teams and our top-of-the-line lab equipment have already delivered great value to our partners, so I look forward to seeing the upcoming benefits of our extended collaboration with SI Group.”
