Azelis, a leading innovation service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, has announced the opening of a new Personal Care application laboratory in Barcelona, Spain. This further investment in innovation capabilities enables Azelis to offer new formulations and technical support to personal care customers throughout the region.

The new application laboratory is fully equipped to service various personal care sub-segments, and will primarily focus on formulating for skin and hair care, complementing Azelis’ network of Personal Care laboratories across EMEA. The laboratory and its strong technical team also focus on helping, advising, and training customers through seminars, underscoring Azelis’ strategy to be an innovation service provider by bringing knowledge and formulations closer to its customers. In line with Azelis’ commitment toward sustainability, the laboratory has also been designed to be adapted over time, with all materials fully reusable.
