Brenntag, the global market leader in chemicals and ingredients distribution, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Sudarshan Chemical Industries to bring its cosmetic-grade pigments and specialty colorants to beauty and personal care customers across Southeast Asia.
The agreement covers Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. In Australia and New Zealand, Brenntag will provide tailored color solutions for home care, industrial and institutional applications, giving customers access to Sudarshan’s color technologies for a range of formulation and performance needs.
Sudarshan is among the world’s leading pigment and colorant producers, with generations of expertise in color science. Its cosmetics portfolio spans organic and inorganic pigments, effect pigments, pearlescent pigments and dispersions for makeup, skincare, hair care and other personal care applications.
Under the agreement, Brenntag will distribute Sudarshan’s cosmetic pigments and colorants across Southeast Asia, while supplying dyes and pigments for home care applications in Australia and New Zealand.
Brenntag’s regional Application & Innovation Centers will add formulation expertise, application testing and market insights, helping customers accelerate product development and create differentiated beauty and home care formulations.
