DKSH has started a new partnership with Vink Chemicals, a leading global supplier of biocides, in China.

DKSH's Business Unit Performance Materials, a leading distributor of specialty chemicals and ingredients, will provide business development, marketing, sales, logistics, and distribution services for Vink Chemicals’ range of biocides, used in water-based products, deco coatings, paints, and emulsions, in China.

Vink Chemicals formulates biocides with various antimicrobial substances such as isothiazolinones and formaldehyde releasers. The biocides are used as preservative solutions in paint and coatings, as well as protective agents for liquids in cooling and processing systems and metalworking fluids. The biocides are also used in water treatment as slimicides.
