DKSH’s Business Unit Performance Materials has strengthened its position in the specialty chemicals and ingredients sector.
This, by signing an exclusive distribution agreement with Galaxy Surfactants, a global manufacturer of innovative personal care and home care ingredients.
Under the new partnership, DKSH will deliver a comprehensive suite of distribution services for Galaxy’s specialty personal care ingredient portfolio across 16 key European markets: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
Galaxy Surfactants brings a broad portfolio of high-performance ingredients to the partnership, including emollients, mild surfactants, polyquats, specialty preservative blends, sulfosuccinates, sunscreen agents and UV filter blends, surfactant blends, and syndets. These products are marketed under Galaxy’s established brands, including Galsoft, GalHueShield, Galseer, Galguard, Galsilk, and Sparkle.
DKSH will support Galaxy’s European growth strategy through its extensive distribution network, technical expertise, commercial capabilities, and advanced logistics infrastructure. The partnership will also leverage DKSH’s value-added services, including innovation support, formulation development, market research, and analysis.
