EV Group acquires majority stake in Cornelius Polska, eyeing European Expansion

The company, which employs around 28 people, reported revenues of approximately EUR 16 million in 2025

Eigenmann & Veronelli Group (EV Group), a leading distributor and manufacturer of specialty chemicals and food ingredients, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority shareholding in Cornelius Polska. 

Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Warsaw, Cornelius Polska is a key distributor of specialty chemicals, serving international suppliers and a diverse customer base across beauty & personal care, food, and industrial markets. The company, which employs around 28 people, reported revenues of approximately EUR 16 million in 2025. 

“This is an important milestone in expanding our footprint in Europe,” said Gabriele Bonomi, CEO of EV Group.  

“Cornelius Polska brings deep local market knowledge, a loyal customer base, and a strong platform for growth across multiple applications, making it a real asset for our partners, teams, and suppliers across Europe. The acquisition is expected to strengthen EV Group’s presence across Europe and unlock growth opportunities in the beauty, food, and industrial sectors. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2026.
