HOYER Group, a global leader in logistics solutions for the chemical, gas, and food industries, has acquired Danish family-owned Dantra Group, significantly strengthening its footprint in Scandinavia. The move reinforces HOYER’s presence across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Lithuania, covering both road and intermodal operations.

The acquisition is designed to deliver real value to customers through a denser transport and service infrastructure and innovative logistics solutions, including opportunities in gas logistics, specialty chemicals, carbon capturing, and the circular economy.
