As of January 1, 2022, STOCKMEIER Group's Belgian subsidiary Innochem N.V. based in Meerhout, has taken over the business of the Dutch specialty distributor XS Chemicals B.V. based in Utrecht.

"With this acquisition, we are strategically expanding our portfolio for the polymerization chemicals, printing inks, adhesives, and paints and coatings industries. With Bas Gaillard and Hans Dieter Lütje, we also welcome two proven specialists in the product areas of acrylate monomers, crosslinkers, inhibitors and initiators to our ranks," comment the managing directors of Innochem N.V., Jan Smeets and Dirk Seidel, on the business acquisition.
