LyondellBasell, a leader in the global chemical industry, signed an agreement with Nexeo Plastics, a leading global thermoplastics resin distributor, to distribute the LYB Engineered Polymers portfolio, a part of the Advanced Polymer Solutions (APS) business, starting April 1, 2025.

“Enlarging our partnership with Nexeo Plastics is an important step for LYB,” said Frank Noeltgen, vice president of Advanced Polymer Solutions Europe at LYB. “Their established distribution network and technical experience will help us expand the reach of our Engineered Polymer solutions, meeting the growing need for local support and ensuring that customers gain access to the products they need, when they need them.”

LYB offers a diverse range of compounds based on polyamides, polyesters, and blends, among others. The range of Engineered Polymers included in this agreement offers high-performance solutions for antistatic, heat stabilizers, flame retardants, UV Stabilizers, and other applications.

Schulamid, Schuladur, Schulablend, Ronfalin, Polyflam, Schulatec, Schulaketon, Schulaform and the Circulen portfolio of sustainable solutions, among others, are now available through Nexeo Plastics portfolio in Europe.
