Saudi Aramco has awarded Worley a long-term project management consultancy agreement as part of a select pool of 11 contractors, strengthening support for the energy giant’s ambitious capital investment programme in the Kingdom.

The five-year agreement will see Worley provide a broad range of project management and engineering services to support Aramco’s ongoing projects across the energy, chemicals and resources sectors. The deal is aimed at helping maintain critical infrastructure supporting both Saudi Arabia’s domestic supply needs and global markets.

Under the agreement, Worley will deliver engineering and design services, project development studies, detailed engineering, procurement support, project and construction management, and specialist technical expertise. The company will also contribute to developing local capabilities and strengthening talent in the Kingdom.

Work will be executed through Worley’s offices in Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom, with additional support from its global network, including the Global Integrated Delivery (GID) team.

The agreement will also see Worley deploy advanced digital technologies — including artificial intelligence, augmented and virtual reality, digital twins, robotics and automation, digital scanning, and smart energy solutions — to enhance engineering efficiency while meeting Aramco’s engineering and information security requirements.

"We are pleased to continue our relationship with Aramco of more than 50 years through this agreement,” said Chris Ashton, Chief Executive Officer of Worley. “This framework agreement reflects our capability to provide integrated engineering and project management services across global portfolios.”

The latest agreement reinforces the long-standing partnership between Aramco and Worley as both companies focus on delivering large-scale energy and industrial projects through advanced engineering solutions and digital innovation.
