Colder Products Company (CPC), part of PSG, has launched the Everis DC Series, a new family of full-flow connectors engineered to address the escalating cooling demands of artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing infrastructure.
The launch comes as the thermal design power (TDP) of next-generation compute platforms continues to climb, driving increased adoption of advanced liquid cooling technologies.
Designed specifically for AI applications, the Everis DC in-line connector features a full-flow design that delivers up to 90% less pressure drop than same-sized valved connectors, helping improve coolant flow and cooling performance in space-constrained environments.
"With a growing focus on power consumption, hyperscale customers want solutions that minimize the draw from pumps and coolant distribution units (CDUs)," said Patrick Gerst, General Manager of the CPC thermal business unit. "As a full-flow connector, the Everis DC facilitates more effective coolant flow, helping data center customers improve energy efficiency and reduce operating costs."
Unlike conventional valved connectors, the Everis DC Series can be integrated directly into cold plates or manifolds, enabling more efficient use of space inside high-density server systems. Its lower-profile design also supports compact 1U tray form factors widely deployed in modern AI infrastructure.
The Everis DC family is available in both in-line and elbow configurations and incorporates a swivel design that offers greater installation flexibility than traditional hard-plumbed solutions. Manufactured from 304 stainless steel and produced in cleanroom environments, the connectors are designed for high-purity liquid cooling applications while providing broad material compatibility.
