Ganesh Benzoplast Ltd has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company, GBL Infra Engineering Services Private Limited for EPC projects.

The initial paid-up share capital shall be Rs. 5.00 Lakh and it shall be the WhollyOwned Subsidiary of the Company, registered with ROC, Mumbai.

The main business of the company will be to provide complete design and engineering services and solutions for EPC projects including procurement and supply of all materials, installation and commissioning of projects for bulk storage tanks for chemicals, Liquids, petroleum-based products, edible oils etc. internal pipeline & structural works, cross country pipeline etc.

With the current global thrust of both the government and private companies in the infrastructure field and based on the past experience of the parent company in this field, we expect that this company will be perfectly poised to take advantage over the next few years of this opportunity.
