Tembo Global Industries, a leading engineering solutions provider, has taken a major leap in its growth strategy with the commissioning of its advanced manufacturing facility in Vasai, Maharashtra.
The new plant expands the Company’s annual production capacity from 18,000 metric tons per annum (MTPA) to 1,00,000 MTPA, creating a powerful foundation for accelerated growth across its engineering and infrastructure businesses.
Developed with an investment of Rs. 75 crore, the 120,000 sq. ft. integrated facility is designed to drive manufacturing efficiency, strengthen product innovation, and enhance supply chain capabilities.
Located strategically in Vasai, the facility offers strong connectivity for raw material procurement and finished goods movement, enabling faster deliveries, improved operational efficiency, and greater cost competitiveness.
A key highlight of the new facility is its advanced in-house Research & Development (R&D) Centre, which will support Tembo’s focus on innovation and continuous product development. The centre is expected to play a critical role in developing high-quality engineering solutions tailored to evolving customer needs and market opportunities.
Backed by a team of more than 100 engineering professionals, Tembo continues to expand its presence in high-growth, high-margin segments, including ERW Pipes and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects.
The Company’s focus on forward and backward integration has already delivered operational improvements, reduced manufacturing costs, and strengthened profitability. The expanded infrastructure is expected to further enhance these advantages and support sustainable long-term growth.
