Texplore Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of SCG Chemicals (SCGC), and i APC Consulting Co., (i-APC), a leading expert in Non-Linear Advanced Process Control (APC) for industrial customers worldwide, announce strategic collaboration on Advanced Process Control Engineering & Digital Application Deployment Service for HDPE Excene technology, to deliver maximum benefits to customers who use EXCENE™ technology, enable efficient operations, overcome the industry's evolving challenges and increase their competitiveness in the global market.

Excene technology is a proven proprietary HDPE process technology. It is owned and commercially deployed by Texplore with reliable and a simple process and operation. The technology offers HDPE for a wide range of high-end applications and quality products such as films and high-pressure pipes.

Under this collaboration to deploy Advanced Process Control (APC) to the licensed Excene technology, i-APC will deliver comprehensive engineering and deployment services. This includes the licensed specific design and implementation of Polymer APC systems to Excene licensees, which will significantly enhance the production efficiency and process optimization of the Excene Technology from plant startup.

As part of Excene technology Life Cycle Services, the integration of APC will ensure that the technology operates at optimal efficiency, thereby contributing to more sustainable and reliable production practices.

In addition, Texplore and i-APC have entered into APC commercial collaboration as well as relevant digital services for not only well-known HDPE technologies but also other polymer production technologies, which will bring the experienced pragmatic approach with the most value-added services to the clients.
