Linde has announced it will build, own, and operate a new industrial gas facility in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, expanding its footprint in the Midwest.

The state-of-the-art air separation unit (ASU) will produce liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, supplying customers across Green Bay, Madison, Milwaukee, and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Land and equipment acquisitions are already underway, with the plant slated to begin operations in the second half of 2028.

“Wisconsin is experiencing incredible growth across multiple end markets,” said Patrick McKenna, Vice President North Region, Linde. “This investment will allow us to produce product closer to our customer base and add to our robust production and supply network.”
