Astec LifeSciences has announced that Anurag Roy has tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer.

Roy has tendered his resignation as the “Whole Time Director & Chief Executive Officer” of the company, with effect from closure of business hours on 25th October, 2024, for pursuing opportunities outside the company.

Roy was appointed as CEO of Astec LifeSciences for a period of three years on July 28, 2021.

He has over 21 years’ experience working in leading pharmaceutical/chemical companies such as DSM, Dr. Reddy’s Labs, BASF, Jubilant Life Sciences and Navin Fluorine International Ltd. He has a proven track record of delivering commercial and operational excellence and leading several manufacturing, supply sites and CMOs.
