The Board of Directors of Godrej Agrovet Limited has approved the appointment of Ashima Bajaj Seth as Chief Digital & Information Officer of the company effective from September 27, 2024.

Ashima Bajaj Seth has done mathematics honors from Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR, Delhi University), and MCA (Kurukshetra). Her strive for continuous learning led her to pursue Master in Business Administration (MBA) in IT from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.

Ashima has over 21 years of experience in Information Technology (IT).

She started her career with coding for Samsung Mobiles, later worked at Pixtel Communications and TCS on embedded systems and innovations. She has also worked with Mphasis and Accenture where she led US client projects.

She also founded an IT Solutions company, serving global clients for over five years. Post her entrepreneurial stint, she worked with Sodexo as Head of Applications and most recently she was the Global Head of IT Applications & PMO at UPL Limited.

In her last role, Ashima oversees IT operations across Asia Pacific, Australia, and New Zealand, focusing on infrastructure, security, and application projects. She manages multiple offices and plants across 15 countries, leading efforts to establish IT practices and enhance global salesforce efficiency.

With her rich corporate and consulting experience, she joins us as Chief Digital & Information Officer with Godrej Agrovet to drive our agenda on digital transformation across the organization.
