NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), a subsidiary of NTPC Limited, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CtrlS Datacenter Limited (CtrlS) on 31st Oct’2025 in New Delhi.
The MoU was signed by Sarit Maheshwari, CEO (NGEL & NTPC REL) and Sridhar Pinnapureddy, Founder & Chairman, CtrlS Datacenter Ltd.
The MoU aims to explore business opportunities of mutual interest towards development of Renewable Energy Projects of 2 GW capacity or more for the supply of RE RTC power to CtrlS Datacenters on PAN India basis for their captive consumption.
