Adani Wilmar Limited has completed the acquisition of 67% stake by acquiring and subscribing to the equity shares of Omkar Chemical Industries Private Limited (OCIPL), Gujarat.

Omkar Chemicals operates a manufacturing plant in Panoli, Gujarat with an annual capacity of around 20,000 MT of Surfactants and is further adding capacity for other products as well. The entrepreneurs promoting Omkar Chemicals bring over 15 years of experience in the specialty chemicals manufacturing industry.
