DCM Shriram Bio Enchem starts commercial production of sulphate of potash plant

The Sulphate of Potash Plant (K2SO4) having capacity of 4600 MT P.A., set up by DCM Shriram Bio Enchem Ltd. (wholly-owned subsidiary), has started its commercial production with on January 29, 2024.

Ami Organics Electrolytes commences commercial operations

The wholly owned subsidiary company of Ami Organics Limited namely Ami Organics Electrolytes Private Limited, has as on date commenced its regular commercial operations for manufacture and supply of products for Lithium-ion battery cell.

Gujarat Gas signs MoU with HPCL

Gujarat Gas Limited (GGL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) for mutual benefit of each other. The MoU includes: HPCL providing Liquid Fuels at GGL Outlets; HPCL providing automotive lubricants, greases and specialties at the GGL outlet; setting up of CNG facility at HPCL COCO/COMCO outlets; and GGL setting up of CNG mother facility at HPCL Outlets.

Poddar Pigments signs agreement with IB Vogt Solar India

Poddar Pigments Limited has entered into an agreement with IB Vogt Solar India Private Limited (IBV), Gurugram, Haryana, on January 31, 2024 for the installation of 3 MWp (3000 KWp) solar power plant at Village Jhinjhinyali, Tehsil Fatehgarh, District Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, to generate the electricity for its captive consumption.

Manali Petrochemicals Limited has informed that its subsidiary, as part of group restructuring, a voluntary strike-off application has been filed by Penn Globe Limited, UK (overseas wholly owned step-down subsidiary) with Companies House, UK on 29th January 2024 seeking their approval. This business restructuring plan does not have any impact on the group financial position.
