Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals commences commercial production of Hydrazine Hydrate

Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Limited had earlier announced about updates on 10,000 TPA (80%) Hydrazine Hydrate Project, with forward integration to Hydrogen Peroxide, for the manufacturing of an import substitute at Dahej complex. The company has achieved commercial production of Hydrazine Hydrate at Dahej complex.

Grasim Industries approves NCD issue of Rs. 2000 Cr

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Grasim Industries Limited, has considered and approved the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis, for an amount not exceeding Rs. 2,000 crore, in one or more tranches.

The Allotment of Share Committee of Gulshan Polyols Limited has allotted 1,03,95,097 fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares of the Face Value of Re. 1/- each in the ratio 1:5 [i.e., 1 Equity Share of Re. 1/- each for every 5 existing Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each] held by the shareholders of the company as on the record date i.e., Wednesday, June 21, 2023. Consequently, the Pre-Bonus Issue paid-up share capital of 5,19,75,489 shares of Re. 1/- each will increase to 6,23,70,586 shares of Re. 1/- each post bonus issue.
