Insecticides (India) and OAT Agrio get patent

The Patent Office has granted the patent for an invention to Insecticides (India) Limited and OAT Agrio Co. Ltd entitled Substituted Pyrazole Derivatives and Insecticides and Fungicides for the term of 20 years from 28th day of June 2019 (Date of Filing).

Performance Chemiserve raises Rs 900 crore via NCDs

Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation said its wholly owned subsidiary Performance Chemiserve Ltd has raised Rs 900 crore.  The rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable NCDs have a maximum tenor of three years with a call option after 18 months.

Jindal Poly Films to acquire 100% in JPF Netherlands Investment B.V.

Pursuant to the approval accorded by Board of Directors of Jindal Poly Films Ltd, the company has now entered into an agreement on 06th June, 2023 to acquire the 100% shareholding of JPF Netherlands Investment B.V. a Netherlands based entity, which is engaged into the business of packaging films business through its three operational wholly owned subsidiaries based out of France, Italy, and United Kingdom. These operational entities are into the business of manufacturing of specialty, nylon, coated and metalized films and laminates. The products are mainly used as flexible packaging in foods, pharma, and luxury industry.
