Krishana Phoschem starts commercial production of DAP/NPK fertilizer

The plant has an installed capacity to manufacture 330,000 metric tonnes of DAP and NPK

Krishana Phoschem Limited has started the commercial production of Diammonium Phosphate & Nitrogen and phosphorus (DAP/NPK Complex fertilizer) at a plant located at Meghnagar, Madhya Pradesh from 17th February, 2023.

The plant has an installed capacity to manufacture 330,000 metric tonnes of DAP and NPK.

Incorporated in 2004, the company is primarily engaged in the manufacturing of fertilizers, intermediate dyes, and other allied chemical products in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

The company manufactures Benefited Rock Phosphate (BRP), Single Super Phosphate (SSP), Granulated Single Super Phosphate (GSSP), H-Acid, intermediate dyes, and other allied chemicals. SSP and GSSP are used in replenishing “P” (Phosphorus) in the soil and act as a fertilizer for the crop.

Initially, the company was engaged in manufacturing of BRP and further expanded to forward and backward integration by setting up sulphuric acid, SSP, and GSSP plant and expanding for diversification in intermediate dyes and other allied chemicals.
