IPFT Gurugram to organize 3-city meet on ‘Formulations development and regulatory aspects for generation of pesticide registration data’

The Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology (IPFT), Gurugram is organizing Industry Interaction meets on “Formulations development and regulatory aspects for generation of pesticide registration data” in three Indian cities namely Gurugram/Delhi (Feb 29, 2024), Mumbai (March 8, 2024) and Bharuch (March 11, 2024).

The interaction will be centered around getting inputs related to process technologies and formulations development for agrochemicals, Quality requirements as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and OECD principles as well as regulatory requirements for agrochemical & allied industry.

Industry professionals including regulatory department, QA&QC department, R&D Scientists, researchers, and experts in the field are set to to join the programme at suitable locations.

Institute of Pesticide Formulation Technology (IPFT), Gurugram an autonomous institute under Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. The Institute is actively involved in the development of user and environmentally friendly pesticide formulations since last 30 years along with their analytical characterizations as well as their bioefficacy and phytotoxicity studies.

The analytical facility of IPFT, Gurugram is accredited by NABL for pesticide formulation analysis, pesticides & trace metal elements residue in food commodities as well as GLP certified facility for physical-chemical analysis including five batch analysis and residue studies. It is in the process of establishing GLP compliant ecotoxicological facility.

The IPFT, Gurugram is recognized by CIBRC to generate pesticide registration data. In the process to create awareness among the agrochemical industry, the IPFT, Gurugram per the following schedule and details.
