Deep Industries receives LOA from ONGC for Rs. 135.19 crores order

Deep Industries Limited (Formerly known as Deep CH4 Limited) has received Letter of Award from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited yesterday i.e., 22-12-2022, for Hiring of gas compression services at Balol GGS I for a period of 3 years and the total estimated value of the said Award is approximately Rs 135.19 crores.

Primo Chemicals receives approval for expansion

Primo Chemicals Limited (Formerly known as Punjab Alkalies & Chemicals Limited) has received approval from Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for the Expansion of Existing Environmental Clearance (EC) as previously granted by the Ministry by Addition of API (Paracetamol) and its intermediates Manufacturing Plant for B2 Category at Naya Nangal, Dist. Rupnagar, Punjab.

Goa Carbon board approves rights issue draft offer letter

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Goa Carbon Limited held on September 29, 2022, the board approved raising of funds, through issuance and allotment of equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each for an aggregate amount up to Rs. 20,000 Lakhs on a rights basis.

In view of the above, the Rights Issue Committee of the Company has, at its meeting held today i.e. December 23, 2022, considered and approved the Draft letter of Offer dated December 23, 2022 to be filed with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
