EIL to provide consultancy services for Bharat Oman Refineries

Bharat Oman Refineries Limited (BORL) has selected Engineers India Limited (EIL) for providing consultancy services for electrolyser based green hydrogen plant at Bina Refinery. It shall be one of the largest green hydrogen plant in the country with a capacity of approx. 8.5 TPD (20 MW).

Deep Industries Ltd has received Letter of Award from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC), for hiring of Gas Compression Services of 4.5 LSCMD capacity at Linch GGS for a period of 3 years and the total estimated value of the said Award is approximate Rs 71.97 crores.

Shree Renuka Sugars appoints A C Verma as Additional Director

The Board of Directors of Shree Renuka Sugars Limited, through circular resolution passed on 28th March 2022, appointed Arun Chandra Verma as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) w.e.f. 1st April 2022 till the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Subject to shareholders' approval in the ensuing General Meeting, Verma will be appointed for a term of five years with effect from 1st April 2022. Verma is not debarred from holding the office of Director pursuant to any SEBI Order or any other authority.
