Indian Oil issues Rs. 2,500 Cr NCD
Indian Oil Corporation Limited has issued 25,000, 7.79% Unsecured, Listed, Rated, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-convertible Debentures (Series -XXIII} of Rs. 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs. 2,500 crore on Private Placement basis on 17th June 2022.
The funds raised through this issue will be utilized for, inter alia, refinancing of existing borrowing and/or funding of Capital Expenditure of the company, including recoupment of expenditure already incurred and/or for any other purpose in the ordinary course of business of the issuer.
EIL bags Rs. 80 crore order
EIL has been entrusted by its clients for three separate projects across the diversified sectors of specialized chemicals, sunrise and infrastructure sector.
The three projects involves consulting services for following projects: EPCM Services for MIBK, MIBC and Offsite & Utilities Projects; RBI’s greenfield Data Centre at Infovalley-II, EMC Park, Khurda (Bhubaneswar), Odisha; and Pre-award activities for Lignite to Methanol Project.
The estimated order value of the above projects is approximately Rs. 80 crores.
