TANFAC Industries announces temporary planned shutdown of plants for maintenance

Some of the production facilities of TANFAC Industries Ltd's plant located at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu, would be temporarily shut down for planned Annual Maintenance from 5th May 2023 which is expected to complete in 15 to 20 days. Other production facilities of the Company will continue to run during the aforesaid period.

During the aforesaid period, the company will continue to meet the requirements of its key customers without any interruption from the inventory accumulated for this purpose.

Suzlon Energy redeems entire outstanding FCCBs

Suzlon Energy Ltd has redeemed the entire outstanding FCCBs at their principal amount aggregating to US$ 529,338.11 together with accrued but unpaid interest thereon up to the redemption date @ 1.25% p.a. amounting to US$ 1,378.48 in accordance with terms of the FCCBs.

Accordingly, the FCCBs have been cancelled and will be delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Following the redemption, there are no outstanding FCCBs in issue.
