Kurita starts operations in new manufacturing facility at Toyoura plant

This new facility is being used to refine functional materials such as the ion exchange resins and UF membranes used in water treatment systems, as well as to manufacture standard-type water treatment systems

Kurita Water Industries Ltd. announced that it has completed construction of a new manufacturing building at its Toyoura Plant in Shimonoseki-shi, Yamaguchi, and operations have already begun. 
 
This new facility is being used to refine functional materials such as the ion exchange resins and UF membranes used in water treatment systems, as well as to manufacture standard-type water treatment systems.
 
The new manufacturing building at Toyoura Plant was constructed to ensure a stable supply of various products, increase manufacturing efficiency by optimizing the manufacturing process, and reduce manufacturing time.
 
Kurita is committed to ensuring a stable and timely supply of products of the quality our customers expect by applying the knowledge and experience gained since the plant began operations in 1993, as well as the through the introduction of advanced technologies such as mechanization and IT into the manufacturing process.
