The Board of Directors of Rossari Biotech Limited (RBL) have approved the purchase of a plot of land allotted by Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC) adjoining the existing Dahej facility of the company.
The Purchase of a plot of land measuring around 39,101 square meters adjoining the existing Dahej facility of the company, subject to necessary approvals, consents, permissions from the concerned authorities, if any, for future expansion and development. The company has paid around Rs. 15 crore and such other charges as per the terms of GIDC.
