Sweetch acquires Laboratoire Greenpharma to boost sustainable cosmetic innovation

Sweetch has announced the acquisition of Laboratoire Greenpharma, a move that strengthens its leadership in natural, sustainable cosmetic ingredients. 
 
Greenpharma is widely recognised for its expertise in natural active ingredients, phytochemistry, and green extraction technologies.
 
The merger combines Greenpharma’s deep R&D capabilities and scientific infrastructure with Sweetch’s strengths in microbiome technologies, delivery systems, and sustainable formulation. Together, the companies aim to support cosmetic brands across the entire innovation journey—from ingredient discovery to validated performance claims.
