US-based materials giant Dow has announced a leadership transition within its executive team and board of directors.

A.N. Sreeram, the current Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, is set to retire on June 30, 2026. He will be succeeded by Andre Argenton, who stepped into the expanded role of Chief Technology and Sustainability Officer on January 1, 2026.

Argenton, a 25-year veteran of the company, has served as Chief Sustainability Officer and Vice President of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) since 2022.

In his new capacity, he integrates his existing EHS and sustainability oversight with leadership of Dow’s global research and development organization.
