The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Government of India has imposed anti-dumping duty on the import of "Para-Tertiary Butyl Phenol (PTBP), falling under tariff item 2907 19 40 of the First Schedule of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975.

The said anti-dumping duty imposed shall be levied for a period of five years (unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier) from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

The company, being a manufacturer of Para-Tertiary Butyl Phenol, is likely to benefit by the said Notification.
