Givaudan is strengthening its position at the forefront of fragrance innovation with a strategic equity investment and collaboration with Swiss technology company Microcaps AG, aimed at advancing encapsulation capabilities across the fine fragrance and beauty sectors.
 
The partnership brings together Givaudan’s global expertise in fragrance creation with Microcaps’ patented precision microencapsulation technology, creating new opportunities to enhance fragrance performance, extend scent longevity, and develop innovative beauty and personal care solutions.
 
Encapsulation technology is increasingly shaping the future of fragrance by improving delivery, durability, and consumer experiences. The collaboration will focus particularly on unlocking new possibilities in non-alcoholic fine fragrance performance while expanding applications across fragrance and skincare categories.
