Dhanuka Agritech Limited has received a stop sale notice for "Media Super" (Imidacloprid 30.5% SC) pesticide at the company’s Godown situated at APMC Hubli, Dharwad, Karnataka.
The company is in the process of suitably replying to the said notice within due time. The notice issued in violation of the Insecticides Act, 1968 read with rule 19(4)(ii) of the Insecticide Rules, 1971.
The officer during the inspection of the company’s Godown situated at APMC Hubli, Dharwad(Dist.), Karnataka found that the company’s pesticide named Media Super (Imidacloprid 30.5% SC) (50 ml bottle packaging) has no toxicity triangle as approved by CIBRC.
