The LyondellBasell site in Astorp, Sweden, which produces color masterbatches, has successfully attained the Operation Clean Sweep (OCS) Europe certification, becoming the first OCS Europe certified site in the Nordics.

Jonas Luckmann, Site Manager of the color masterbatch site, Astorp, stated, "We are thrilled to be recognized as the first OCS Europe certified site in the Nordics. This achievement reflects our unwavering commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices. The certification comes as a result of an external audit conducted by DNV, a renowned global quality assurance and risk management company. This accomplishment aligns seamlessly with the company's strategic goal to "create solutions for everyday sustainable living."

The OCS Europe certification underscores the company’s dedication to environmental stewardship, waste reduction, and responsible plastic management.
