Narendra Investments plans to enter speciality and fine chemicals business via acquisitions

The company also plans to change name of the company in order to align with the proposed changeover in overall focus of the company.

A meeting by the management board of Narendra Investments (Delhi) Ltd is scheduled to be held on October 3, 2020 to consider and approve change in the main object of the company to include manufacturing, marketing, import and export of Speciality and Fine Chemicals
 
The company plans to change name of the company in order to align with the proposed changeover in overall focus of the company.
 
The board will also consider alteration of MOA and AOA of the company and acquisition of suitable business assets/ manufacturing facilities in line with the proposed main objective during the scheduled board meeting.
 
Narendra Investments (Delhi) Limited, incorporated on 7th January 1977, is an Investment company listed on the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange and Delhi Stock Exchange Ltd.
