Epsilon Carbon bags SA8000 certification for commitment to social accountability

Becomes the first Indian carbon black manufacturer to be awarded the SA8000 certification

Epsilon Carbon, a leading player in the carbon industry, has been conferred with SA8000 certification from Social Accountability International (SAI), for adherence to the highest standards of social accountability and worker welfare.

Epsilon Carbon is the first Indian carbon black manufacturer to be awarded this certification. The certification recognizes Epsilon Carbon's dedicated efforts in ensuring ethical business practices and improving the lives of over 1,800 workers and their families at Epsilon’s township located in Vijayanagar.
