Meghmani Organics Limited (formerly known as Meghmani Organochem Limited) has informed that a fire accident occurred in the finished goods warehouse of the pigment plant of the company located at Z-31 & Z-32, SEZ-1, Dahej.

The company has three pigment manufacturing plants and a fire occurred at the finished goods warehouse of one of the three plants. The fire occurred on 22nd October 2022 at around 11:55 PM and there has been no injury or no loss of human life. The incident has been reported to the concerned authorities.

The company has required an insurance policy to safeguard against the loss/damage which is under assessment. The exact cause of the fire is being investigated.

The company says there is no impact on production as fire occurred at the finished goods warehouse and there is no impact on the production plant.
